Henry Johnson

A guitarist heavily influenced by his idol Wes Montgomery, Henry Johnson is a fine player with an appealing tone. He played with the groups of Jack McDuff (1976-1977), Sonny Stitt, Hank Crawford, Ramsey Lewis (1979-1983), and Joe Williams, in addition to recording three albums as a leader for MCA/Impulse during 1987-1990.
